Le Sarto
8 Bedrooms / Sleeps 13 Adults & 2 Children / Outdoor and Indoor Swimming Pool
Le Sarto
Le Sarto is not simply a beautiful chalet; it is part of the story of Megève itself.
Originally built in 1941 and designed by Henry Jacques Le Même — the architect whose distinctive Chalet du Skieur helped define a new style of mountain living — Le Sarto has been carefully restored to celebrate its Art Deco heritage while creating an exceptional contemporary private home. Iconic House
Across 650m², sculpted timber, geometric detailing, original architectural influences and a carefully curated collection of art give the chalet a character quite unlike the more familiar contemporary Alpine aesthetic. Yet for all its design credentials, it still feels warm, relaxed and very much a home.
Eight bedrooms accommodate up to 13 adults and two children, with generous living and dining spaces designed for families and friends to spend time together. Wellness is equally impressive, with both indoor and outdoor heated swimming pools, sauna, hammam, Nordic bath and a dedicated fitness and yoga studio.
Most importantly, Le Sarto comes with the level of service we look for in an LCC property. A House Manager, concierge, breakfast and daily housekeeping are included, with private chef, butler, chauffeur and additional services provided seasonally.

Who It's Perfect For
Why We Chose Le Sarto
Because it has a story.
Le Sarto represents a piece of Megève’s architectural heritage while offering everything we expect from a modern private mountain home. The restoration respects Henry Jacques Le Même’s original vision rather than disguising it, and the service philosophy behind Iconic House complements the way we believe private travel should feel.
Character, history, excellent service and somewhere we would genuinely want to spend time ourselves.
That’s more than enough reason for Le Sarto to earn its place in our collection.
